“ Stayed at the Pullman's Adelaide and had dinner here. The food tasted nice and presentation was good. The serving size isn't very big, example the octopus entree you only get one tentacle each. Had steak for mains and that was cooked well the vegetable side of asparagus though was overcooked. I tried two desserts, the egg white one tasted plain but the doughnut shaped one was very nice, not too sweet or heavy. The atmosphere was good overall, they are currently renovating and it looks sleek and elegant. The biggest negative was the service time. The servers themselves were friendly and helpful but the time it took to get food out was way too long. On a side note we also had a buffet breakfast here. Have hot food, cheese and biscuits, pastries and fruits. It's a simple setup but the food were nice and fresh. Overall a pleasant dining experience aside from service time. ”

“ I recently organized a Christmas dinner at PARC for my company, with a group of 25 people. From the very beginning, communication with their manager, Clement, was smooth and effortless. He took the time to show me the venue, explain all the details, and promptly provide the menu and drinks list. We had a few special requests, such as including crème brûlée as one of the dessert options, and Chef Francis kindly accommodated this by adjusting the dessert menu for us. Just a week before the dinner, we decided to change our entrée, and Clement went above and beyond to negotiate with the kitchen to make it happen. On the day of the event, Clement allowed us to come in early to decorate the space, which was incredibly helpful. The waitstaff team, especially Toby and Gary, were professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the evening. Overall, all my colleagues were highly satisfied with the food, drinks, and service—a difficult feat with such a large group, but PARC exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our Christmas dinner so memorable! ”

“ A great restaurant at Pullman hotel is open for Breakfast, dinner, and all day dining! The best thing about Parc is the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful! We had breakfast everyday during the stay and dinner for a couple nights. Every single dish we had from the dinner menu was absolutely delicious and a beautiful wine selection to go with. I especially love the roast green and potato cheese. Toby looked after us every time we went in for dinner, was super lovely and attentive. The only problem with the restaurant is they have an automated door in the middle of the restaurant that opens throughout opening hours and the mosquito comes in and sometimes stays until breakfast time. Overall, great food and a very convenient location! ”

We savoured seafood linguine, prawn tempura and finished with lip smacking LouisXV dessert Kudos to chef Subodh for delivering perfect dishes in terms in flavour, temperature and visual appeal! ”
